PABLO SPRITZ

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Pablo Liqueur

  • 8 cl Sparkling Wine

  • Splash of soda water

  • Orange slice, for garnish

Instructions
Fill a wine glass with ice, pour in the Pablo Liqueur, then top it with sparkling wine and a splash of soda; gently stir to integrate all elements. Finish with a fresh orange slice and serve at once for a vibrant, effervescent aperitif.

PABLO SOUR

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Pablo Liqueur

  • 4 cl London Dry Gin

  • 2 cl fresh lemon juice

  • 1 cl simple syrup

  • ½ egg white (optional, for a silky foam)

  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions
Dry-shake all ingredients (no ice) to emulsify the egg white, then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve immediately for a smooth, tangy finish.

PABLO MARTINI

Ingredients

  • 6 cl London Dry Gin

  • 2 cl Pablo Liqueur

  • 1 cl dry vermouth

  • Lemon twist or olive, for garnish

Instructions
Fill a mixing glass with ice, add gin, Pablo Liqueur, and vermouth, then stir gently until well chilled; strain into a chilled martini glass and finish with a lemon twist or a single olive.
